Refund policy
Returns
Our policy is valid for 24 hours as we always encourage our customers to throughly inspect their products immediately for inconsistencies to make sure they are satisfied. A refund will only be issued upon product defect, after it is inspected. We encourage you to ask as many questions as possible and do your due diligence in understanding the product.
Please note that we thoroughly inspect, take photos, and ask couriers to take a video of the product (on the provided business phone) before an item(s) is handed to a customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sea moss gels are exempt from being returned.

- Downloadable Products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without notice.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If a refund cannot be processed onto the original payment method, the only other option is an AnGel Moss Gift Card.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Unfortunately, defectiveness does not cover your perspective on the products efficacy.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to only the address provided in your approval letter.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
