🍑 Peach Raspberry Sea Moss Sangria
(Non-Alcoholic)
🫙 Ingredients:

1 Ripe Peach, thinly sliced (or cubed)

½ Cup Fresh Raspberries, frozen works as well

Sea Moss (any colour and variation works—we recommend 1–2 tbsp gel or sea moss ice cubes)

1 Cup White Grape Juice (or pear juice for lower sugar)

1 Cup Cold Sparkling Water (or kombucha for a probiotic twist)

Juice of ½ Lemon

Fresh Mint Leaves (a small handful, plus more for garnish)

Optional: Cucumber slices or orange wheels for extra depth
🥄 Instructions:

Muddle the Mint: gently in a pitcher to release the oils.

Add sea moss gel and whisk it with the lemon juice and grape juice until smooth and well combined. Alternatively, you can infuse sea moss ice cubes.

Toss in the peach slices, raspberries, and any optional fruit you like.

Pour in the sparkling water (or kombucha) just before serving to keep the fizz.

Stir lightly and let sit for 5–10 minutes to infuse.

Serve over ice in a tall glass with a mint sprig and peach slice garnish.

Chill all your ingredients beforehand for the coldest, freshest sangria.

Add chia seeds or basil seeds for a fun texture and fiber boost.

To make it boozy: add a splash of white wine or rosé (optional, of course).
